Rust College Names Kyle Moten Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance

A graduate of Lane College with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Moten brings a strong background in athletics and leadership to the Bearcat staff. A former three-sport high school athlete and collegiate player, he has always had a passion for sports and student-athlete development.

In his role, Moten will oversee compliance efforts while contributing his communication skills, positivity, and strategic insight to the athletic department.

Beyond his professional career, Moten is passionate about his faith, fatherhood, and fitness. He has completed four major running races and continues to embrace the sport as a personal passion. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, and enjoys exploring film, music, and food from cultures across the world.

"Kyle's enthusiasm, experience as a former student-athlete, and commitment to compliance will be vital as we continue to elevate Rust College Athletics," said Director of Athletics Jeremy Patterson. "We are excited to welcome him to the Bearcat family and look forward to the impact he will make."
